DOT INTERSTATE WORK
- I-65 Reconstruction Project, Alabama DOT, Jefferson County, Alabama (2011, 7 mo.) 21 million
Was responsible for overseeing the project management of 2.3 miles of reconstruction work. Work included grading, drainage, pipe, asphalt pavement, concrete paving, its and lighting. 155,011 SY of 14” PCC was installed as well of 63,000 TN of bituminous concrete. Mainline and ramps, accelerated schedule finished early despite winter weather delays; maintained budget over, $ 200,000 in Bonus paid for early phase completion.

A typical 2-yr project accelerated to a 8 month schedule, including grading, drainage, pipe asphalt paving and concrete paving and Bridges. This project was a Greenfield Project which completed the I-520 loop around Augusta, Georgia and Akin South Carolina. This included Clearing, Grading, Drainage, Pipe, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Paving and Bridges. We were responsible for overseeing the project management of 6.5 miles of concrete pavement. The project is a controlled access four lane divided interstate facility including three interchanges and 13 bridges. Over 200,000 SY of PCC paving contained in 12 ramps and mainline on I-520 was completed in less than 6 months.
Award: This project was an ACPA National Pavement Award (Silver) winner for Divided Highways 2010.. Finished 3 months ahead of paving schedule, allowing early completion of entire project. - I-520/I-20 Palmetto Parkway, Georgia DOT, Augusta, Georgia (2009) 151 million
I-20/520 Augusta Georgia Design Build Total reconstruction Removal of existing Grading, Drainage, Pipe, Bridges, asphalt paving and concrete paving was responsible for overseeing the project management of over 250,000 SY of concrete pavement. The project is a controlled access four lane divided interstate facility including three Major interchanges and 13 bridges. Over 251,000 SY of PCC paving contained in 16 ramps and 25 mainline phases - I-75 Dooley County Joint Venture (2012) 52 million

Reconstructed 8 lanes and shoulders with CRC Pavement Project included pavement removal, grading, drainage, pipe and Bridge repair. Oversaw this multiple staged project where 500,000 TNs of graded asphalt base, over 100,000 tons of asphalt and approximately 640,000 SY of CRC concrete pavement were installed. This project had 100,000 vehicles per day and had a major value engineering proposal in excess of $10 million - I-26 Charleston, SC (2007) 131 million
